Monkey Toast and The Free Association are hosting the First Annual Haggerston Improv Festival from Friday, September 25th through Sunday, September 27th.  All the proceeds from the weekend will go to the charities, Crohn’s and Colitis UK, Tropical Isles and The Woodland Trust.

It all kicks off on Friday, September 25th with a very special Monkey Toast: The Improvised Chat Show.  Our special guests will be, from King’s College Hospital, gastroenterologist, Dr. Bu Hayee, and from Whose Line Is It Anyway?, broadcaster Clive Anderson!

Dr. Hayee and Clive will be interviewed by two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner and Second City Mainstage Alumnus, David Shore.

Featuring The Monkey Toast Players: Paul Foxcroft, Charlotte Gittins, Phil Whelans, Briony Redman, Susan Harrison, Andy Murray, Graham Dickson, Lauren Shearing, Richard Soames and Javier Jarquin.

Music by Tom Hodge.

And then on Sunday, we finish up back at The Proud Archivist.

6:30-7:30pm – Cariad & Paul: A Two Player Adventure
8-9pm – Abandoman

Individual Saturday & Sunday shows are £6, or you can get a day pass for £15 or a pass for Saturday & Sunday for £25 (please note that Friday night’s Monkey Toast show is not included in the £25 pass).  Also day and weekend pass holders are not guaranteed seats at shows.  Room at individual shows will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
